1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AstroGPT (available at astrogpt.ai), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AstroGPT, operated from Zurich, Switzerland. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

2. Description of Service

AstroGPT is an AI-powered spiritual guidance platform that provides:

  • Personalised astrology readings based on your birth data.
  • Tarot card interpretations and spreads.
  • Horoscope forecasts and daily insights.
  • Romantic compatibility analyses.
  • Newborn name generation with astrological context.
  • AI psychic advisor chat and voice sessions.

All content generated by AstroGPT is produced by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
  • Notify us immediately at support@astrogpt.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

AstroGPT offers both subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credits. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Credits are consumed as you use AI-powered features. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Credits included in your plan are not refundable or transferable upon cancellation.

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods or unused credits, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@astrogpt.ai within 14 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AstroGPT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without our written permission.
  • Use the platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you have violated these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroGPT — including the platform design, branding, text, graphics, and AI-generated outputs — is owned by or licensed to AstroGPT. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

Content you submit to the platform (such as questions, birth data, and chat inputs) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant AstroGPT a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimers

AstroGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will be available at all times or free from errors.
  • AI-generated readings or interpretations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
  • Results from using the platform will meet your expectations.

Astrology, tarot, and related practices are not sciences and carry no guarantee of accuracy or predictive power. AstroGPT makes no claims about the literal truth or future applicability of any content generated on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroGPT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content.

In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to AstroGPT in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of AstroGPT after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
